THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY
The Kitchen Speaks
A series of digital shorts about the overworked kitchen appliances responsible for the restaurant’s famously daunting menu.
The Cheesecake Factory makes all their dishes fresh from a menu of 250+ items. This is borderline insane.
I wrote a series of digital shorts based on the kitchen's overworked, exhausted, and slightly deranged kitchen appliances.
These films featured a depressed cutting board, a jaded knife, a hipster cheese grater, a groovy mixing bowl, a psychotic frying pan, and a whisk who was either overly-enthusiastic, deranged, or just dizzy.

Sidebar: I was extremely excited to work with Fred Tatasciore, who we cast as Frying Pan. The night before record, I stayed up late writing wild lines for his freakout scene. They didn't make it into the final cut, but I love them.
